  • Item must be in new, unused, or unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for return & will be subject to inspection before any refund or exchange is approved. - if these requirements are not met, your return will not be approved and you will be responsible for the shipping charge to return the item(s) back to you. 

  • Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of receiving your order.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs - shipping is non-refundable. *NOTE: since we offer a low $5 flat shipping rate on all products - if an item is returned, the full shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

  • Clearance & Final Sale items are non-returnable.  

  • If an exchange is needed for a clothing item, there is no guarantee that your needed size will still be available, in this event you will be notified and we can proceed from there.   

If a return or exchange is needed - You must first email us at to receive a RA (Return Authorization) number, also include your reason for the return or exchange.

If eligible, we will process your return within 7 business days of receiving item(s). Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. *NOTE: The actual date that the refund posts to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. It could take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Please Note: we check over our merchandise for manufacturer defects when they arrive at our business, if you still feel you have received an item with a defect, we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your order. Keep in mind, horses can be destructive. Items used and then damaged will not be accepted.
