Return Policy

 Please review our return policy before making your purchase.

  • Item must be in new, unused, or unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for return & will be subject to inspection before any refund or exchange is approved. - if these requirements are not met, your return will not be approved and you will be responsible for the shipping charge to return the item(s) back to you. 

  • Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of receiving your order.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs - shipping is non-refundable. *NOTE: since we offer a low $5 flat shipping rate on all products - if an item is returned the true, full shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

  • Clearance & Final Sale items are non-returnable.  

  • If an exchange is needed for a clothing item, there is no guarantee that your needed size will still available, in this event you will be notified and we can proceed from there.   

If a return or exchange is needed - You must first email us at to receive a RA (Return Authorization) number, also include your reason for the return or exchange.

If eligible, we will process your return within 7 business days of receiving item(s). Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. *NOTE: The actual date that the refund posts to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. It could take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Please Note: we check over our merchandise for manufacturer defects when they arrive at our business, if you still feel you have received an item with a defect, we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your order. Keep in mind, horses can be destructive. Items used and then damaged will not be accepted.

Processing & Shipping

Allow 2 - 5 regular business days for your order to process - this does not include shipping time.

Most items are in stock and ready to ship. However, we order from our companies once a week. This makes it easier for us to keep our prices low. However, 

In the event that an item is on back-order, you will be notified. We can issue a refund or keep the item on order.

We do not offer online order cancellations, if you need to cancel your order, call us at 801.465.7765 or email us at within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been shipped, no cancellations are allowed.  

We ship via USPS. 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Local pickup is available. During the checkout process, you can click on "Local Pick Up Only" as a shipping option. Email us at to schedule a pick up time.

$5 flat rate shipping applies only to the Continuous 48 States.

Sales tax will be charged to states where it is required.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We will help however we can if a claim needs to be filed. Please insure that we are shipping to a safe location. Once your package has left our hands, we have no control over it. Please remember that insurance will not cover stolen packages after delivery.

If we do not have a size/color that you are wanting in an item, please contact us and we will do our best to get it in for you. We love working with and helping our customers!
